Sorry to be so useless but I've read so much information I'm now a bit confused.

I'd like new springs for my bike - cheap as possible (cant remember if progressive or linear was regarded as the best?)

Do I need anything else other than a different fork oil weight? Are there any emulators cheap that are well worth it?

What rear shock is best for a 12stone naked guy.. (I'm guessing 12.8 kitted?)

I've heard the zx10r is the one to go for but people keep talking about other kawa shocks that are cheaper and then about spring rates...

Please help a useless guy with this common information.

If you are after a zx10 shock, I have one that I haven't got round to fitting.

ok ive bought a zx10r shock so I need the bottom mounting bolt - will any m10 x 55mm stainless bolt on ebay do or are these shock bolts rated differently?

Get the right one from a Kawasaki dealer. Last think you want is a cheap one shearing :(

Unless they're just cheesy hardware for mounting trim parts, the bolts should be marked on the head with a grade number, like 8.8 perhaps.
You can find lots of info on the net by Googling something like "bolt strength".
Or simple use a bolt of the same grade as the one you took out.
