All items now re-listed on eBay (see link in first post). The reduced price is the Auction price on eBay which is £25 + £8. However, this is the "auction" price. If you want it now I'll do it for £45 posted (recorded delivery). And remember, this includes the Bar Ends.

The bar ends would be free so price isn't contingent on them being included. As I mentioned, that sort of price is the ebay auction price. You're more than welcome to bid for them and take the chance at getting them for that (someone won an auction for the shock mount and paid £1 the other day, which is about 10x less than its true worth). Otherwise, if you want them now, the price above applies.
