They have pointy and curvy ones available in variations of black & ....
I like these for my Curvy but should I risk em, they apparently simply staple over the existing cover.

Shame that they do not make pillion seat any more comfy... :(

Get a gel pad inserted when the cover is changed, makes the world of difference
I've got them in the riders and pillion seats
I am actually thinking about getting both seats done by Tony Archer - but what you're suggesting might be a good idea as well...
If it helps I've bought gearstick and hand break gaters from these people and the quality is good.

Yes, get it done at the same time and he does great work and in a quick turnaround.
