A bit of a shameless plug but I know a lot of you on here have showed an interest in my work over the last few years and were on board to advise when I was first thinking of trying to make a few pennies from my drawings.
I made a basic website for myself a couple of years ago but it was never overly professional and so it was decided that the lovely Samnooshka (one of our very own orgers) would take on the task of making me a new site. Those of you who know Sammy, Rigor (James) and their loopy Alaskan Malamutes will know of the doggie background so I knew Sammy would be perfect for the job.
Anyway, here it is! www.megghyll.co.uk
If you have a spot of time feel free to have a browse. Ta for reading! :-D
nice and a lot better.
i would say that the sepia is a bit much and could do with a little splash of colour (keep it washed out to match the sepia) here and there. i would also change the 'self taught' to something that sound more professional and 'Welcome to Meg Ghyll pencil portraits' rather than 'my name is'
you want to make people buy/commission work from you rather from someone else. go have a look at the competition on the web and see what they have done to entice people to use their services.
Great job on the design by Samnooshka, really like the theme and the way the background blends into the content, just like your artwork!
Very impressed all round.

nice and a lot better.
bit disappointed though as i expected to see men with their trousers at their ankles with a sheep or something in front of them....
Well that didn't take long to lower the tone!

Hah, trust you Bibio  And thankyou Geo, a lovely thing to say
Last week I had some stickers made for my topbox that practically lives on the bike, when at work it sits parked up in a place with a high footfall of tourists and locals so thought I've give them something to look at...

On the way up to Scotland this weekend I stopped at services to have lunch and was approached by a lady who asked for a business card...result! She said "you never know!" and she's right :)
