Someone will undoubtedly tell you to use an easy-out or similar horror - don't waste either the time or the money those useless things will absorb.
Either take it to a garage/someone capable or go to a scrappy and get another caliper - make sure the nipple comes out before parting with money though.

yea just what I thought , cant see trying to drill it out and rethreading it and try to get new nipple to seal , away to scrap yard today to get another calliper , will make sure get the nipple out of new one first , thanks again ,

if the bleed nipple is still sealed then bleed it through the Flexi and forget about it.

why did you decide to bleed the brakes on the car ? is there a leak ?

I have occasionally been successfully drilling out broken bleed nipples (but failed more than once). It is a careful job. (I spend time aligning the caliper on the table and progress through drill sizes )

Drill out as close to the threads as you can and using a fine blunt punch knock the remnants in on itself so that they pull out of the thread and then use a screwdriver to turn it out.

Obviously do not go too deep as to damage the seat. If it works good. But if not it hasn't cost you anything to try.

As for the above question of why bleed?

Manufacturers recommend replacing fluid every couple of years, maybe the hose needed replacing etc.

Last time this happened to me, I cleaned up the dodgy nipple with a wire brush to get rid of as much rust as I could and scored around it with something pointy, to get down as far as possible before going to town with WD40 or similar.
I then found one of those star-shaped socket things that was slightly bigger than the hole in the nipple, you know the ones you get with a tool kit and never use......
I then bashed it into the nipple with a lump hammer until it was stuck and got a ratchet on it.
Hey Presto!
I got lucky.

The last time I bleeded the car brake were on a mk 2 cortina.
I haven't a clues how to do it on a modern car with abs and all.
But scrappy would be the best bet, but make sure they come out first.
