This Sunday, 9th June is the inaugural Abergavenny Motorcycle Show (http://www.abergavennyshow.co.uk/index.html) in aid of Blood Bikes Wales (http://www.bloodbikeswales.org.uk/).

As it the first one I've no idea what it will be like. I don't even know if I will be going. But as I've spent a lot of time in that Bus Station and I know others play over there so it might be worth a look, and its for charity.

Anyone going to be there?

I'll be there. Riders of Cardiff offering free test rides first come first serve. Obviously I'll be aiming to try the RR :D Also free beverages, and entry is free. Can't really beat that can you? Its also a good starting point for a ride later that day so all in all should be good.

If the test rides I've had with other Riders branches before is anything to go by good luck, you'll barely get out of first gear.

Haha, not the Cardiff one matey! They literally threw me the keys to the Panigale last time I went for a test ride and said "bring it back in an hour or so". Will never forget that day :) I expect they'll make people sign the usual disclaimers and probably do a small group ride but they're fairly quick with it (in the Cardiff branch).

That's good to know. Test rode at the Bristol one before, it would have been quicker if I got off and pushed. Either the sales guy that came out with me didn't have a licence or he was afraid of bikes. Either way really restricted what you could do with it.

Runako, you going to be there then? Thinking of going over in the morning/ afternoon. But I won't be pushing on as I'm planning to get back to over complicate a simple job in the garage.

Yes mate, I'll look out for you. Apart from trying for a test ride, just gonna have a wander and maybe some breakfast :) Went out today and abused the tyres so may not be going for a ride depending on how I get on with the demo. Making a simple job overly complicated? Or in other words, learning the hard way :) Can't wait to see the end result mate.
