Just got home from a ride and decided to adjust my chain. Then I noticed my spindle nut had fallen off at some point while riding. Does anyone know what size it is so I can get a new one??

I got a nice shiny SS one from Pro Bolt
If not an OEM one from here, don't forget the washer

What bike do you have? It can only help for us to know this.

It's back to front, I'm not sure whether it's right or not...
What I mean is, the spindle is round the other way on mine. Is that wrong?

Shouldn't matter, but when putting it back together, then do it as the factory had.
Torque it up to the factory setting, then you shouldn't loose the nut again
