Turned out ok in the end, good road that a468 (486), wherever we were.
Hey, thanks for coming me out and getting me out. Apologies I didn't say goodbye but didn't realise you were going straight on. A483 Llandrindod to Newtown it was. A good road with a bit of everything. I will bear in mind what you mentioned about the overtakes. Take it steady and see you again soon (hopefully in some dryer weather).

I completely missed this or I would have been there. Drat.
T'was kinda last minute due to the rain. In fact, we got soaked for the first part and I was thinking "this is ridiculous". But it cleared up nicely by the time we passed Builth.
Gonna try and do that Mountain I told you about next week Grant. Hopefully the weather's dry so if you guys are free just give us a shout.

It sounds like a plan. Need to be back home by half 6 though :-( Mrs wants me to go to a work do with her (hence no AR for me, if I go anywhere near DP won't let me escape :$ )

Shouldn't be a problem. Lets see what the weather's up to.
Ar: I had planned to do it this year, but have too much on at the end of June requiring my cash. Something had to give and I think I would end up spending a fair amount to do the AR so will have to give it a miss. Will get there eventually one of these days.

I know right? Doesn't sound like he's coming anyway so I've missed an education. For me its just the irony of bigging himself up and expecting people to accept that and his opinions, without him knowing anything about the people he's commenting on. But hey, that's life.
I was however looking forward to seeing the GM'ers in action and the setup looks superb. Its just the timing's all wrong for me. For example, I'm in Brighton for work all week, back to Cardiff on Friday. If I was in Brighton next week then it would have been far easier to justify attending.
But I'm looking forward to some cracking videos and stories. This might be the best yet!
