I currently use a Caberg v402 crash helmet but quite like the idea of a flip front.

My lid has a built in extra tinted visor, so quite fancy that again, although on my caberg its now very loose so drops down at the slightest nod or bump.

Ive been told they have a different mechanism now so hopefully that isn't an issue on newer caberg models.

Im looking to spend upto £150. Anyone use a flip front, anything you like or dislike?

Thanks, Lee

I have the Caberg Jutissimo GT and really like it. As they are phasing them out I think you may find some cheap ones.

I have a Caberg Konda flip front with secondary tinted visor. Is comfy and relatively quiet.

I have a fluoro HJC fs-max, about £130 and a very good helmet for me. Built in sun visor too as you mention.
But i would suggest looking at the sharp ratings of flip ups, they arent nearly as safe as full faces and i wouldnt buy another knowing what i do now(didnt know at the time i got it) But they are very handy for chatting or petrol stations etc
