Hey ! I am rebuilding my carbs and i stripped the plate screws... sooo i need
new ones and i have no idea where to get them, i searched in every diagrams,
dealers.. They cant find a part number !! What kind of screws are they ? Can i
simply find some that fit and then cut whats over? :)

They're not easily available as it is intended that they not be removed. I've never measured them so I've no idea what size they are, but as long as find suitable screws that have a similar countersink head to the originals I'm sure it will be fine. Your originals stripped because of the clenching used when they were fitted, that process being used to ensure they don't come loose in service. Essentially they are fitted and then deliberately distorted such that they are locked in place - to remove them you must first remove the distorted section. As it seems likely you did not do so, I strongly advise that you carefully examine their female threaded counterparts in the spindles, if they are not perfectly sound you must consider replacements - a screw coming loose and disappearing down the inlet while the motor is running doesn't bear thinking about.
