high tail exhaust 99 sv650?

just wondering how you make a high tail exhaust, like where do you hang it from and im guessing you need a new link pipe?

I've got a high level exhaust mate, I'll take some close up pictures tommorrow if you want. It has a high level link pipe and some sort of different, strange bracket to hold it on. End cans a blue flame, not entirely sure which one though.
