the Moffat to Selkirk road (st marys loch) has bad tar seepage. it starts in patches from moffat just before the bridge traffic lights then all the way threw the wooded part and then again in patches beyond the farmers corner.

ok in hot weather but this is going to be deadly when it cools and goes hard. if it rains it will turn it into an 'ice rink'.

so please take care and keep your eyes open.
