The gixxers mot has run out, and my restriction ends on a sunday. That and the fact i dont really want to take holiday to get it moted, i was hoping to mot it that sunday, but i cant seem to find any of my local places that open sundays. Any ideas?

So long as its insured one of us with "other bike" cover and full license could ride it to the MOT for you.

I'm sure between us we'll get you sorted. If not Fallout will just print you out an MOT anyway. That must be how he gets his shed passed.

Oh, I know all the tricks! Don't get me to take it for an MOT for you. It may get cloned!

How I love the presumption here.

Reminds me of when I used to work as an insurance assessor.

"Can he not come and see it on Sunday"?

"I am sorry madam, Engineers are unreasonable people. After they have spent the week working, they expect to spend the weekend with their wives and family"

Never heard of days off in the week?

They're bloody brilliant, I only have to dodge the unemployed when I go shopping.

Insure it without an MOT if it came to that.

MOT isn't relevant for insurance.

That also isnt my issue :) The issue was i wanted to ride it the first day i could, but my dad wasnt gona be able to take it to get insured, and then on the sunday nowheres open. However now ive booked it in for the saturday as hopefully my dad is free, and if not ill ask on here.

If you ask me to take it, I promise not to do a burn out on it until AFTER the MOT to make sure the rear tyre passes.
