Nice but a setup.
While I'm sure a car with nitrous will out run a bike, there are a few things.

Camera notices car a bit much from time it's first seen.
Car pulls into parking space and the imediately backs out and leaves when bike is spotted. (0:31)
Bike takes long route through petrol station, car follows road and gets in front.

But the real giveaway is the car's brakelights coming on (1:34) just after passing under a traffic light so the bike can pull alongside.

Not likely this would be done unless they know each other, especially in daylight.
Deliberately riding alongside side by side with someone you've just outrun (unless it's one of your mates) is saying 'do something about it MF'.
And if the loser pulls over or turns off it's an invitation to fight.
