Hi,

Ive got a shoei qwest, i ve had it for about a year, firstly , a weird crack has appeared in a cosmetic lip of plastic next to the front vent, now the latch to "soundproof" the visor has snapped....

the warranty says to return to the dealer, but it was from a dealer on ebay, so i cant return it easily at all..

Think i should email them? Anyone have experince with customer service at shoei?

Send whoever you bought it from a nice email. If you get no reply, or a useless reply along the lines of we don't care, then pop Shoei UK an email. Don't be angry in any of your emails, but state clearly any problems. The worst thing for someone in retail to read( Me) is an angry email stating you want it fixed immediately etc. Pictures will help (clean the helmet first!!) Manafacturers or UK Importers like pictures.

As Tomor said I'd send an email to the seller and if you get no joy from them send Shoei an email. Always been told that helmet manufacturers are more inclined to sort things out if the helmets clean inside and out :) hope you get it sorted mate
