It was horrendous.

Apparently wales is a lot hillier than Hampshire... who knew?

Still got round though and still completed all the obstacles.

I did swing by the bridgend area late in the morning on the sunday but couldnt see where the place was and was feeling the pain so I got back on the motorway and settled in for the long haul.
