Holiday bike hire choices?

Ok folks I'm looking to hire a bit of two wheel transportation while I'm on holiday don't need anything wild just something to get me about, and see a few sights and beaches.

What do you guys think I should go for?

A. Suzuki Vstrom 650 - €201 for 3days - €260 for 4days.

B. Kymco 500cc superscoot - €150 for 3days - €196 for 4days

C. Yamaha 250 majesty - €135 for 3days - €172 for 4days.

Did that with the Kymco last time. Dunno if the Yamaha has more ground clearance. This time I'm going to be more sensible.
