Back at work mate :(
I'll likely be out, going down near Braintree. May stop in at Hein Gericke.

The new bike's going in for it's first service Saturday afternoon, and I only have room for around 50 miles before that...including the trip out to Watton. Once the service is over I'll have room for another 10K though :) Could meet at Triumph in Watton from around 3pm, assuming they service on time...
And when asking about Sunday availability, the wife just said it gives her peace when I go out, so Sunday, anytime, is on too if that's preferred ;) Would have the whole day for plenty of miles then!
Either way I will be captain slooooowwww on the corners until I get used to the new steed!

Somewhere like Diss would probably make sense for Gordon in the east, you west and me north, then we head east to the coast and see where we go from there?
Not knowing Diss very well if you can think of a good place to keet? Maybe a Petrol Station or near one? "Shell Station near Victoria Road, Diss, Norfolk IP22 4GY (https://maps.google.co.uk/maps?q=shell+station+near+Victoria+Road,+Diss,+Nor folk+IP22+4GY&hl=en&ll=52.370827,1.119782&spn=0.001403,0.003484&sll=52.371281,1.118286&sspn=0.011227,0.027874&oq=SHell+Station,+Victoria+Road+Diss,+Norfolk+IP22 +4GY&t=h&hq=shell+station&hnear=Victoria+Rd,+Diss+IP22+4JG,+United+Kingdom&z=19&layer=c&cbll=52.370774,1.119909&panoid=erZvaU-BHjHeCl0M1UsOhQ&cbp=12,70.78,,0,13.86)"?
If you go up the road there's a Morrison.
Munchy time :)

I haven't gone past 5K rpm in anger yet! I'm gonna see if I can get lower than 25 once I get more accustomed...

BOOOO! Look at this! I go away for a couple of weeks and the EAR actually livens up a bit! Good stuff lets see if we can keep it up? Sorry I missed this.
Well my ride out didn't happen due to fuel leak, and couldn't nick the ER6 as the back wheel is in the garage having a new tyre fitted.
Just keep ya fingers crossed next sundays as nice.

It was an experience on the rocket. The twisties were a little much for me on it to be honest, early days but I'm not sure it's such a good idea even trying to keep up with a group on the corners on the thing....good job I can blast on on the exits! I know how you feel on a new bike that is nothing like the one you are used to now!!

Ooops, apologies Kenzie  I'm getting old and forgetful lol
Would be good if we could get a more regular turn out, if there are peeps reading this that regularly have ride outs maybe your ride area can be accomodated by a few of us? I'm not shy of adding miles on my bikes...it would genuinely be good to get bigger numbers for a good day out
