Rat Race - Battersea London

As title, I am doing this (alone). Its ok I am not looking for somebody to hold my hand!
My wife and son may come and watch then we can spend the rest of the day in London, but I need to shower after and I cant find anywhere to get cleaned up. Any tips on this one greatly appreciated.
