Good shots there, had a good time visiting today.

I took about 4 photos this year. For me the show was a let down. There was not much in the way of new bikes or any decent stalls to see and look around.
The most fun I had was people watching at lunch seeing everyone going to Comicon :lol:

I felt a bit of an oddball on the shuttle bus as I was the only one not dressed like something out out of a sci fi movie. I didn't take any pictures, didn't find a helmet and my biggest purchase was £5 donation to Riders For Health. I did discover that I can get my feet flat with the Ducati Diavel.

Didn't watch the movie there. Excel is about the same size as this years NEC. If you've seen the NEC you've seen the Excel. The show is now an extra there too.
I'll be going back to Germany for the Motorbike show next year. Cheaper to get in, 10 times as big, more stuff on show & a trip abroad on the bike.

I'll possibly give it a swerve then, was gonna get a day off and go down with some free passes but doesn't sound worth the parking charge..

We were supposed to be going on Sunday (Jo wanted to see John McPint again) but we've now decided against it. I thought it was pretty garbage last year & the number of people that have said it isn't very good this year has made us have a rethink

Yeah I spent most of my time gawping at it! I mis-read the sign with the extra "F" in it, so at first I was saying: "Wow, they've even gone so far as to make a new frame for the SV"

Guess we'll see if it becomes the next big thing in the twins category.

The "Behind Bars" movie was a bit average for me.

Basically highlights of the 2013 race season from a British stand point.

After a long day on our feet, we nearly fell asleep in the warm, dark theatre!!

All these years I thought I was missing something by not going, so for me to be there for the first time it wasn't very good. I enjoy the Edinburgh show more with the smaller stalls for tools and what not. The NEC must price them out of the market
