I'm from Guisborough Chris :) I ride to Scarborough quite a bit, get a cuppa at Oliver's mount. Some nice roads between me and you.

Aye I did indeed have an anniversary 1000 :) which was then sold on to dave preston and promptly altered into a street fighter :p

I'm near enough living in the centre of them and spent my first years driving hammering my little banger hatchs round the moors. Love them went for a quick Castleton, rosedale, commondale blast this morning actually weathers great

I took out a deer on my SV on the a65 years ago. Ploughed through it, carried on riding.

I'm yet to hit anything..... Yet.... As pheasant are so stupid they don't seem to have a clue..... Been riding months and already had a couple of close calls with them

after annoying Suzuki uk for a week I found out that 310 sz's were sent for sale in the uk


and I can personally vouch there are now no more than 309


good news for you I have the flying rocking horse **** lower fairing for that model (took mine off before the track day) so if (and I hope never) you ever need some just give me a ping


enjoy the forum, and I haven't meet anyone who didn't enjoy the AR, well apart from the nightclub doorman at the welsh one :)

Yeah I imagined the faring would be hard to come by. I shall keep you in mind and may even make you a offer now JUST incase someone happens to pop along wanting one haha

Same corner, (same pigeon??😝) 60+mph.........straight i to (open) visor!!! Tank slapped to a "safe" stop........ Having seen 1st hand the damage to 44t wagon (MAN v Deer) A66 near Penrith, I dont fancy chances of coming out "on top" bike V Deer!!!
Get out on Sons SV1000 now and again.......intend to "inherit" it when he moves on to his dream bike, SO glad I talked him out of a 1200 Bandit & onto a big twin......n so is he!!! 😜
