Same corner, (same pigeon??😝) 60+mph.........straight i to (open) visor!!! Tank slapped to a "safe" stop........ Having seen 1st hand the damage to 44t wagon (MAN v Deer) A66 near Penrith, I dont fancy chances of coming out "on top" bike V Deer!!!
Get out on Sons SV1000 now and again.......intend to "inherit" it when he moves on to his dream bike, SO glad I talked him out of a 1200 Bandit & onto a big twin......n so is he!!! 😜

I'm afraid there wasn't much left of it after I had ploughed through its inards, but I can assure you 40+ members that attended AR07 had to ride past its remains on the A65 several times over that weekend. ;)

Also tried talking me out of a sv1000..... I need a 650 for a first bike he said..... (Meaning il be scared of riding a 1000 so please get a 650)

Unfortunately I aint got wheels at the moment!!!
Been looking at Yamaha's new MT09, the idea to buy one April.......looking like circumstance will dictate otherwise.......poss older/smaller bike sometime this Summer??!!?? SV650??? 😜
Actually quite proud to say I've never owned a "four" in my 35yrs of "biking"!!!! Spanish (😝) Italian, Jap singles...twins.... Triples...... 2stroke/4stroke......
SV1000 Black ltd edition (any on here??) nearly came my way a while ago.........opted fa "nice" BMW330 instead 😳

Had my first 'proper' (dry/sunny) ride out on (Sons) SV1000 today........3hrs Guisborough-Gt Ayton-Stokesley-Castleton-Blakey Ridge-Helmsley-TT Route to Stokesley etc!!!
