Just a quick question, what air gap are people using for the front forks when using debrix emulators. Looking at doing track days and few road trips. I have changed the spring and using 10wt oil.
Thanks

I emptied out 500ml of oil out each leg but didn't measure the gap, what's the standard gap

For the curvy, it's approx. 491ml/leg.
Measured, with fork compressed and springs out, it should be 102mm to the oil. Pointy specs may be different, but it's adjustable if you need to change it.

I've got a 130mm gap before dropping in racetec emu's, but with 15wt oil.

Not to come across too flippant, but as a wild guess, I'd take a gamble at the last one in the list.
Sold - FZR400, One broken Blue K3 SV650s, Sold - ZX6R C1, Sold - DL650, Gasgas ec250 and a bent Street triple R, Blue 2006 sv650

If we're supposed to guess the rest of the question, we may as well guess the answer.

Also when people have taken the damper rods out is it just my bike or did Suzuki only put a washer on the damper rod bolt on one side. One leg has one the other legs didn't. Seems abut strange

It's almost always stuck in the recess at the bottom of the slider.

^ this. Both of mine were stuck.
Also, most of the stuff I've seen says to measure the oil with the emulator in the fork. I used 120mm to start and may tweak from there.
