No explanation necessary.
Actually explanation is needed if you don't want to waste your time watching this for any more than nessacary. Bascially some people eat some Suströmming and then vomit. Suströmming if you didn't know is a Swedish food, of fermented fish. I understand it has a very strong smell, though I've never tried it.
Other videos of people vomiting are available.

Just a quick note - its called Surströmming (sour Baltic herring) and is a vile fermented fish.
The smell is way worse than the taste, and it tastes like a piece of garbage marinated in a homeless guy's underwear.
I've opened a can once (outside) and because of the pressure I got some juice on me. Had to throw away the T-shirt as the smell just didn't go away (could have been psychological though).
Apparently 1% of swedes disagree with me...

Isn't meant to be opened underwater to combat the smell and rinse the fish?
and kill all the fish in the Foryd for the next batch

That's probably the correct way of doing it, rather than having the bright idea when you're slightly tipsy going "Watch this!" trying to spread Swedish culture to foreign friends.

Oh god, you mean it's actually meant to be like that? My mate back at uni once produced a tin when we'd supped about 3/4 a litre of spirits apiece. Was convinced it had gone off somehow. Still ate it, was NOT a proper replacement for a donner kebab :(

Yeah, it's a "delicacy" which generally means it's going to be vile.
I once heard that they had to decommission an aircraft because a tin of it sprung a leak and they never managed to get the smell out.

I'd have to agree. Most people vomit the instant they smell it. One guy I know can't even think about it without remembering the smell and vomiting.

Made me laugh, on the product page:
"NOTE - this is a seasonal product. We tend to carry stock mainly during summer months as it needs to be opened outside due to the odour of the fermented herring. If the product shows out fo stock, please try back again from end of May onwards."
So for the well being of all they don't sell it when it's cold out in case someone opens it inside lol

You just know that somewhere in this foods history one drunk said to another,
"You haven't got a hair on yer ar$e if can't eat this without vomiting."
