Morning all,
As the title says, I'm trying to track down somewhere to do some repair work on my plastics - bad scruff to the nose and a scruff/chips to the tank. I sent an email with some photos to one place and they quoted £275 for the tank and £225 for the nose as a guide price. I appreciate that those are only rough prices without them seeing the damage themselves, but it seems a little steep considering the price for second hand on eBay. They quoted £175 for the front mud guard but those can be nabbed for around £50 or less.
Also, is anyone able to give me a rough idea what I'll be looking at to get them done? Pictures linked below:
