Hello.
I have an ipad Air and an ipad mini.
I can view my email Inbox, Sent items, Junk, etc all OK on the ipad Air, but on the ipad mini I can't access my Sent items or Junk.
Any ideas? It's driving me crazzzzzyyyyy!
Any advice gratefully received.
Thank you.

What kind do email is it (outlook, live, Gmail, iCloud etc.) and how is it set up on each device (through the in-built reader accessed through settings, or through an app)

It's normal btinternet email (Outlook?) and set up via Settings. Nothing fancy.

Not familiar with the BT set-up, but I'm guessing that you're trying to access on the mini via the inbox section (marked green) on the mini, whereas on the air you probably only have one account or are already in the account section (marked red).
If you can't get to this screen there should be a back arrow at the top left marked 'mailboxes' (sorry if I'm trying to teach you to suck eggs).

Yes, I can see the mailboxes.
On the Air I can see everything. On the Mini, there's nothing in the Sent items or Junk.
It's weird!

In that case I'm stuck. When I tap on one of those accounts I get this:

Can't see anything in settings that would be an option for syncing some folders only.
Are they both on iOS 7.0.4?

Pass.
Not techy I'm afraid...
How many mailboxes do you have on each device? If you only have one mailbox then it should appear like this:

If you have multiple mailboxes then it will require a further step up/back to get to the screen mister t showed earlier. You the. Have to use the bottom option to select the specific account amd it should them show the other folders there.
Alternatively, did you set up the folders on the air or in outlook itself? If outlook did they automatically appear on the air?
