Oil Cooler Hose Measurements

I`m after getting some custom hoses made up as my current one has a hole, but I need to give the manufacturer the hose lengths and end fixing sizes.

Does anybody who's already done this have the measurements to hand? If not I`ll have to try and measure mine in situ.
