Recommend POI in Yorkshire Dales

Having a last minute trip to see a friend in York this weekend.
Want to take the bike on Thursday and spend all day Friday and Saturday morning riding around the Dales national park.
If anyone has knowledge of this area I would like to know.

•Good roads/routes to take
•Things/places to see
•A B&B you would recommend

Anywhere in the Dales, but don't plan on going Richmond to Reeth cos the road is closed for 16 weeks for repairs!
