This started happening yesterday at the end of a long run, which was the second time the bike has been run since last year. When I first tried to start it on Saturday it took a while to start up and had a F1 code for a few minutes, but it cleared when I turned it off and on and flicked the kill switch.

Basically it runs normally when it's moving, has normal power etc. But when I let it idle or if the revs drop to about 2k, it seems to die intermittently on one cylinder. It sounds like it's the rear one that's cutting out.

What is weird is that when it was warming up it idled fine. It only got rough when it reached full running temperature. I changed the spark plugs tonight which didn't make any difference.

I only touch the throttle when you see my hand. (Ignore the green light, that's just the gps finding a signal)

mine does that when i don't connect the vacuum on the air box. have you get my vacuum extensions fitted? if so check to make sure that one of them has not popped off. or one of the spigot bungs has deteriorated.

Anyone else know what this could be? Bibio is kindly lending me his throttle body balancing tool, so I'm going to see if that helps

Are the bungs in good order, not perished & letting air in?

Yeah they seem fine. One is a bit of tube with a screw in it and taped up :-dd but I don't think it's leaking

Today Mr Bibio kindly checked that the throttle bodies are balanced and the TPS is set right.

Anyone know what else could be causing this?
