Number plate mottos

My new bike came with a proper number plate with the dealer info on but they also threw in the small one that the previous owner put on it. Was going to fit it until i noticed he'd had "warrior" written on the bottom.

So the question is, number plate mottos, funny and cool, or the saddest thing since wearing your leathers over your boots?

I think you'll find it's legislation that you have to have the dealer info on it so the plate can be traced. I might be wrong though but that's what I was taught when I did my apprenticeship with Honda.

This is true.
Even the postcode of the company that made the plate will be sufficient

If the vehicle was registered pre 2001 (Y Plate IIRC), you don't need plate maker markings on them.
