A high-profile rider is in a critical condition after a crash at Saturday's North West 200 motorcycling road races in Northern Ireland.
Englishman Simon Andrews was taken by helicopter to the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast after the accident in the Superstock race.

I think he needs to find another career path, GWS to him.

I've got to admit I'm kind of speechless about this. Was watching the live feed on BBC NI and thought not simon again! Christ it was. Si's one of the nicest blokes in the BSB paddock.

Also don't know if you are aware but some sick ******* has his crash on YouTube and should be removed.

This might just be the end of the road for Si and his racing after some of the accidents he has been involved in this could be the last time he's seen racing

I'm trying to know what to write at this moment in time. I just can't believe yet again another ride has lost his life. I thought I'd found my mojo for racing again watching the NW200 over the weekend. Now this has happened I don't think I want to go back to the paddock knowing someone I knew has lost his life.

R.I.P #6 I know you will be missed by many, thoughts to family and friends.
