To help anyone wanting people to ride up with on the West coast.

Whilst I could talk a good route, involving Quernmore, Bridge, Shap, Hartside. I just don't thing I could ride it.

but I have a cruise end May to get myself back to fighting fit. and the wife there to knock me back into shape.
