Hi, I seem to have a fork seal issue on my fork and need a pair of fork seals. I've looked on ebay and a lot of them say ABS or half faired models, my bike is neither, it is fully faired and non ABS as far as I am aware.
Could anyone please point me to the one on ebay that I should get, I have seen these on Wemoto http://www.wemoto.com/bikes/suzuki/sv_650_sk7/07/picture/fork_dust_seals_pair/, but it is not obvious what part number they are so I cant even get any help from that, and I dont want to pay £15 when I could pay £6-£9.
Thanks

The fork seals will be the same for all sv650 models from 2003 to present. The lower fairings were offered as a factory package but the bikes will be an sv650s half faired for model parts. Be aware that there are dust seals and oil seals, so make sure not to order the wrong parts.

Don't be condemning your seals without first trying removing any grit from the seals (most obvious cause).
There are a few cheap tools around to do exactly this...

Thanksthe wemoto part you have mentioned is a dust seal, not a oil seal, not saying these may need replacing as well, but the part you want seems to be 51153-08D00,dont know what the suzuki main dealer price is,but they can be picked up on ebay for about £17 a pair delivered(for genuine suzuki parts,)i wouldnt use anything other then genuine parts for this job, like they say,buy cheap, buy twice, and when fitting the seals use a fork seal driver so as not to damage the seals, and protect the seal from damage when sliding over the fork stanchion
