This time in 2 weeks, people in the south will be setting off, I'll be crawling out of bed ;-), LOM will be getting lost in the garage and Bibio will be following the satnav to Newcastle - Australia
If your undecided, come! We don't bite, the route is brilliant, the locals are friendly and getting here is so worth it once off the main roads.

If you're bringing some of Cheryl's smoked stuff I'd love to try some.

Oh FFS - not only do I miss the run, but you're also bringing Biltong too!? You don't fancy a detour via Dumfries at any point then!?

If there's any left after two nights drinking, all you need is a good mate to drop some off on their way home. But I don't rate your chances on either score, so maybe you'll just have to make some.

Bwahaha. No chance! :D
I'm hoping to rock up late on Friday, subject to work panning out well (I can't remember the last time I decided that it would be a good idea to do over 300 miles after work...).
I will hopefully see you all there and have a chance to query how Keith created a form of edible leather.

Ha - don't worry, I spend a lot of time working with a family of Zimbabweans, who both make their own and have shown me a few trade secrets of the dark art of Biltong making.
Still, always nicer when someone else makes it!!

You know those dark brown dog chews you buy in pet shop shops? Well it's a bit like a cross between that and pepperami.

I'm having major déjà vu here. Haven't we had this exact conversation before?
