Go to your local custom shop and have some made. I did this with mine and once I routed them correctly they worked fabulously.
The price of mine was about £15 and they are six inches longer than standard because I used extra high risers.
Have a look here (http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.php?t=157076&page=1) for more info.

Another way is buy some off say a bandit or a v strom? I used bandit ones on mine and also bandit spec braided hoses.

dont you also need the switchgear housing to be able to use the cables?
if you can use the cables with the S version throttle housing then can you please post up the part numbers of the cables :-)

Sorry I ain't got part numbers as was about 6 yrs ago I did it! I just bought bandit ones off eBay and the fitted perfectly. They are all pretty much interchangeable even between models and manufacturers.. I ordered some recently for My father in law off a tenere for a fzr street fighter project and these fitted with ease. The only thing you need is the length which most people will measure for you.
