Steam (games) Summer Sale

So its that time of year again for users of Valve's Steam gaming platform. The Summer Sale is here! Deals change every few hours so keep an eye out!

What team is everyone in? I got put in the Pink team who seem to be losing by a fair bit already :(

On the main store page, click on the "Summer Adventure" map and then click on "Get Started" and it should put you in a team.

Teams get points from crafting badges and unlocking cards. The winning team gets 30 members chosen at random who win the top 3 games from their wishlist, so make sure you update yours just in case.

Green team is winning today by nearly 100,000 points. :( 2nd place it pretty much tied between Purple, Pink and Red.

I really want to get a PC adaptor to use my xbox controller now. Doesn't feel right using the keyboard

I'm playing san andreas just now. I think I was too young to get how funny this game is when I played it originally :lol:

So funny seeing them ride their bmx's back to grove street then one of them is just riding around them in circles doing wheelies lol

Just buy a wired Xbox 360 controller. I picked one up for £17.99 and just plugs straight in and works on all controller enabled games.

Tomb Raider was pretty good as well. Worth £3.74 if you're into those sorts of games. Not quite as many puzzles as the older ones, seems more action focused but the big open areas you can explore and pretty cool.

Cords annoy me. I've bought a cheap adaptor for £4something off ebay. Can't complain at that

You can buy points using real money, loads of people did that thinking if they were the top 30 scorers they get the free games but it is random.

Jesus this is complicated. Does anyone use xpadder? I'm trying to get trigger inputs to register as buttons/key inputs

Did you buy the wired Xbox controller? Mine just plugs in a works without needing to use Xpadder, plus it changes the onscreen buttons to the Xbox buttons.

I bought Nether but didn't like it much. Game was choppy no matter what settings I had the game on and I kept getting killed within 10 minutes of spawning. Same problems that plagued WarZ (Infestation Survivor Stories)
