Few little bits to do and tweaks to make but nothing I want to change too much.
I love it, thought I would mess about on it for a few months and flog it as I will need the money for a sensible upgrade from my SV. I very much doubt I will ever sell this, what a machine.

Well it's a 2003 CCM 644 Dual Sport SM with 3700 miles. Some 664's use a rotax engine which had a bit more ooomph but not very reliable. I went for the one with a suzuki lump from an xf 650 freewind.

645 single cylinder, twin mikuni carbs that are pretty easy re-jet so long as the cheese screws come out (like on the curvy). Only puts out about 55hp but it's just so much fun. Not as vibey as i thought it would be either.

Has fully adjustable WP forks and rear shock.
Brembo brakes with a single front caliper and disc set up (very good).
Maxxis Supermotard tyres with only 100 miles use, grippy grippy.

Looked online and there are some easy and cheap mods to do to get it going sweet and lofting the front just on the throttle. Dropping a front tooth (or adding 3 on the rear) will help too but dont want to lose too much top end as it only just gets to 90mph now but is comfortable at 85mph.

It takes 5 minutes to take the seat and the tank off and from there you can access pretty much everything easily with lots of room to get your spanner/screwdriver in without removing all the skin from your hands.

Not a bad buy for £1500.
