I took my truck out last weekend and the wife filmed it for me, sadly the battery died towards the end, but it did climb the good stuff. :smt003

i love the in car sound.. reminds me of the terminator..

now what was that line again,
"...That terminator is out there. It can't be bargained with. It can't be reasoned with. It doesn't feel pity, or remorse, or fear. And it absolutely will not stop, ever, until you are dead...."

I was not happy with the dog poo, it got mashed into the gear box. So once back inside I was stood at the sink with a nail brush and strong disinfectant scrubbing lumps of lego. :smt099

That is cool - I like a bit of scale off roading myself :)

That is cool Skip, I have wondered if I could get other tyres for my Lego trucks because the Lego ones are a bit hard and plasticy so grip is not great. Those ones look perfect. Nice truck too, did you build it yourself?

Yup - its a mixture of parts from other RC vehicles

Chassis: Custom Reign K2-S
Gearbox: Axial AX10
Axles: Tamiya TLT-1
Body: Tamiya Clod Buster

All put together with bits and pieces I had in the man cave :)

Best picture I have of the chassis was during the "prototyping" stage...!

If you want something to build yourself that will be awesome off-road out of the box I cant recommend an Axial SCX10 enough - hugely capable vehicle :)
