Water testing K9 650S

Thinking of selling the SV as I'm just not using it. Was supposed to be for Sunday rides and the odd track day. But I spend all my time at the track sorting out race bikes and not getting to ride myself.

Its a K9 fully faired 650 in black and white. I had a small off and thought it would be a good idea to strip it and get it painted. Not notified to insurance.

Has after market brake lever and original clutch. Tyres are Dunlop sport max that have less than 500 miles on them. C&S again less than 500 miles. Cant tell you the gearing as the bikes away from home as having lots of work here so one of the bikes had to be stored else where for the time. Will get some photos once I get over there to take a few. PCV, DanMoto Rearsets, Evotech exhaust hanger, Evotech Tailtidy,

I can confirm this is a really lovely bike as I have seen it in the flesh myself a few times, it still look s great mate good luck with the sale , my sv is no more :-( i just bought a 2012 AL2 GSR750 on sat :-)

Do you still have original rear shock as a friend is after one?

Nice, do like the GSR. But, nowhere near as the 1400.

Got knocked off it back in may fractured ankle and bike was writen off as cat c :-(

That is a beaut. Live the black finish on the tail I might do this to my blue k5.

You tend to find with the SV that your potential buyers trail off quite a bit when you go above 2k as people are then choosing between a lit of other bikes in the same class that are normally a bit more expensive.

Not saying its not well priced (because it is a good price) but just less fish out there for this lure.

Now, how can a K9 fully faired 650S not sell!!! Well this really must go as its getting in my father in laws way and no space back at home.

Now only thing I think it needs is either a new battery or a good charge on the battery. Plus it has about half a litre of petrol too.

Go on make me that magic offer. I'm open to someone taking it away within the next week or so.

As no one wants it as a whole bike I'm going to strip it and sell as parts.

I know that everyone seems to want the lower fairings and fixing kit so most bits will be sold together. Showa ZX6R 06 shock, Power commander V, swing arm, forks, frame, seat, pillion seat, pillion seat cover with infills, wheels with almost new tyres, front and rear callipers, looms, engine with 22,000 odd miles, upper fairing, dark screen, clipons, DanMoto rear sets, DanMoto carbon GP can that is a bit loud, plus as you know a shed load of other bits that will be stripped off the bike.

I won't get time to strip this until the first week in January. But if you want some stuff then let me know.

Don't ask the "do you have part X" as I'll have it as I've not stripped it yet.
