I've tried everything short of just buying new carbs to help sort out the idle, low rpm running and constant throttle of my ZX9. It almost sounds as though it's spluttering at constant throttle.

To help find out a possible cause I was thinking of getting it dyno'd as I'm hoping they would be able to tell what's happening and know of any possible causes. Plus I get to see what sort of power it's still making.

So as per the title. Anyone know of any good places in or around Newcastle for dyno testing?

Contact turbopacs at Durham. Marc is a petrol head and has one in the shop.
Say you've heard via Andy from county Durham bikers

Thanks Andy. Dropped him an email. Should be able to get something booked next week and hopefully find some clues as to why it's runs so bad down low.

With the carb sync connected every cylinder dips at the same time and the idle pulsates. Sometimes it's smooth and other times it just fluctuates up and down by 100 - 200 rpm.

A little further away but there's Dyno centre at Northallerton.
I haven't used the Dyno but he seems to know his stuff and sorted my butchered electrics out
