Removing rusted exhaust pipe flange nuts?

Hi all I have a problem I went to remove the front exhaust pipe and noticed the two nuts have been rounded off maybe by previous owner :sad: any one got any ideas as to how i can remove them like this ?

Cut them off.
Do it carefully cutting down the length of the nut just touching the thread of the stud. You can then just give them a tap on the face and they should split at the part you've cut and open up allowing you to spin them off
