Hi can i ask what year rear shock? And did it raise ride height?

It was a few years back but fairly sure it was a 2005 zx10r shock. It was one of the best ones to do a straight swap with on a curvy. Same ride height. There used to be a table on the forum somewhere with a list of shocks that could be used
