Evening all, need to source some replacement bolts that hold the mirror arms to the mirror base! I've disassembled 2 pairs trying to make one good one, and either the hex head has rounded, or it's been soo rusted in I've then rounded the head and had to drill it out anyway!

I can't find these on Ron ayers so unsure if they're simply available as OEM parts.
Can I replace them with normal bolts with 'full threads' or would i need to find ones with the unthreaded top 'shoulder'??

I don't think they're anything special. Anything that fits would do the job. I'm sure you could order replacements from somewhere like here: http://www.pro-bolt.com/

Chewy's mirror spacers also come with extended bolts, if you wanted to fit these.

Toolstation do cheap stainless bolt packs up to M12 in size. Worth a look.

The bolt in question is the one that holds the arm to the base, not the base to the bike?

Oh my mistake. No idea then, sorry!
