Is anybody here an autocom genius?

I'm trying to link a samsung galaxy s3 to a autocom logic unit - using a cable rather than the bluetooth.

State of play at the moment is that I can hear the person on the incoming call, but the phone is not switching to use the helmet mic, so the person on the other end is only hearing the engine running etc...

My apologies to the mods - not quite sure how I landed this in the for sale section...I will report.

In the past Autocom would help on the phone, I haven't spoken to them in years but I would call them and ask the question.

Thanks for the advice, I've pinged them an email last night, so will hopefully get a reply today :)

Good luck getting a sensible answer from autocom. They are going downhill very quickly. If you need any help, pm me and I may be able to help, if not I know someone who will be able to help for sure.
