Which new chain?

Well my chains on its way out, slackens very quickly, looks off and has a few tight spots. I reckon it's the OEM chain from 15000 miles ago.
When replacing it, is it best I get an X ring chain with sprockets too?

And I'm right in thinking X ring is better than O ring because of the internal lubrication of the X ring, increasing longevity? And I need the sprockets because chains mate with the sprockets?

£100 about reasonable?

Don't know about the ins and outs of x or o ring but just replaced mine with did x ring chain and sprocket set, £ 82 on e bay

Don't worry too much about o or x ring, but not all chains are created equal so get an idea which grades are out there. Sprockets will almost certainly want changing at the same time
