Yay! People can stop making fun of the juke, there is a new "new kid" and its weirder!
It's one of those transformers. It's transforms into a sanitary towel by the looks of it.

It's that vile in real life

It's a big "4x4" with rubber door panels. What's the big deal? It stands out from the crowd to attract attention, as Brett says just like the Juke did. There's nothing special about it, it just looks a bit different. Remove the "different" exterior and it's just another urban off-roader. Exteriorly big to increase perceptive genital size, but drivable like a poorly handling hatchback

What?
I thought the love of ugly cars was what being a Citroen owner was all about.
So looks bang on in that respect.
i like it. looks a bit like a cross between a BMW Mini and one of those squashed Range Rovers.

I though it was a Mini first glance.
Not for the faint hearted.
i like it. looks a bit like a cross between a BMW Mini and one of those squashed Range Rovers.
And if it had a Mini or BMW badge on it it would fly out of the showrooms.
It's definitely no more offensive than the countryman and it only costs 13 grand!

That looks rather pants. (not lucky ones either!) If going for a silly looking soft-roader, make it macho silly! Like this...

The Yeti Extreme, I saw it at Goodwood Festival of Speed and I liked it! No where for the dog though and its not on the company car list, so not for me. :(
Reminds me of this beauty

Should have called it the "latrine"
It's french, and its the right colour. And other 4 x 4s will urinate all over it.

I like it....not because I actually like the design so much, but because it's a little bit different from the norm and...well.....it's a Citroen and they're supposed to be a bit odd.
No sooner had I made that comment about BMWs when I saw an advert for this monstrosity. And it's nearly 10 grand more than the Cactus, probably twice the price once you have ticked a few options it's not even RWD

The original post is the concept, there is now a production version being reviewed.
I like it for the price @ £13K, seems practical and cheap, just what I like about a car. Some things I am not keen on like the air bubble side panels, rear windows are fixed, and no rev counter but the side panel colours are changeable and the rev counter may just be a firmware update
riwu6lPYvKE
The question is what do you get for the basic £13K model....probably bugger all....
I am still considering a Dacia Duster Lauréate @ £13K with all the extras....*time to duck!*

Good car...
I have had an Access for over a year. Lugs stuff around no problem, was great fun in the floods last feb with its 30+cm wading height, not had a problem with it.

Didn't Dacia Duster have really bad safety ratings?
kaivalagi
07-10-14, 09:34 AM
They lost 2 stars for not having audible seat belt warnings and the entry level doesn't have anti-skid control
According to this review anyway @ 4m 28s

It scored badly for running people over.
Everything else was fine.

As an owner I'd disagree about the gutless petrol engine, its better than the diesel (see the specs + I'd tried them both).
Fuel consumption is poor, but as someone who only does 4k miles PA that factored low for me. I saw no fitted stereo as a bonus - what the review does not point out is its all prewired for 1DIN or 2DIN self install, so you can slap you own choice in easily.
Thread creep I know.
As for the Cactus, I love it...

The duke has that same ugly bulbous thing that the curvy sv has lol, I wonder if there's a correlation between love/hate of the 2 vehicles *ducks*
And before you say it, my Rocket isn't meant to be pretty, it's ugly and mean :P
Hey I loved the look of my curvy.
I would have had another Juke 1.6 Dig-t in a heartbeat.
It's a massive fun car.
Looking forward to seeing the Pulsar Dig-t

Thing of beauty the curvy. Built during Suzuki's 1960s bubblegum phase.

It's Juke not Duke. The bulbous things are LED side lights and indicators.

Very nice davey! Bet that's a hoot. They are really nice cars IMHO, looks are polarising but I like them (incidentally not a fan of the curvy so there is a lack of continuity for me)
Best colour for a juke too! Surprised they don't do a nice blue option for them but it might not look right I guess. White is rather unflattering for it.

Was sorely tempted to trade for the glass roof option they finally have and the nice daytime lights, like the look of those. but hey ho, when they do a Plug in hybrid version then I'd be pre-ordering!
You may be waiting for a long time.
Ps
No spoiler with the roof

I've not got the spoiler on the DIGT at the moment :-/ kinda wanted it but decided to wait on it then never got round to it.
Shame about the plug in hybrid. I like the idea at the moment, sidestep range anxiety but give me a very cheap way to do my commute and the other short journeys that countless cars get used for.

This is mine just in a different colour! I have to say I love it.
The running lights look good and are nice and bright not only in the day but arguable could be used as headlights. Mine has bluetooth, ipod connection, start/stop the lot. No sat nav tho as we just use our phones and I feel built in systems are poor these days.

The connect 2 system is very good.
You can use your mobile to link in your map desistions. Search for places lots of stuff. it's brilliant.
I'm a fan of DAB radio now too.
You can change the trims on a juke too

Ntec, is it an "easy" swap from connect to connect2? Would love it but got ours too early.

No one has ever asked to up grade.
Tbh never even taken out a connect 2. Even though they have been in use for a fairly long time.
If you want I'll look up the harness.
