Curvy wheels fit Pointy?

Hi I'm new here having bought my first sv650 today. I have got myself a race ready one ready for 2015 season. Can someone tell me if the early shape wheels will fit the later one 2005 model

With enough machining and use of spacers you can make any wheel fit, so it depends on how much work you want to do. However as standard, the wheels are not the same.

The fitting of Gixxer wheels has been done in the past, but is usually done through a fork swap and modifications to the rear wheel spacing.

Ok thanks. Just that I've been offered a cheap set of an early so I can use as wets. Got a track day in 2 weeks so may need them lol

I have joined that page now there are some friendly people on there. Im planning to race with EMRA, im currently racing with Thundersport on a CB500 but there minitwin class is so competitive
