Indicator cut off after 200,revs

Hi, I would really appreciate some advise with this indicator fault I have with my 04 plate sv650s,ever since I have had the bike (6 month) it has this really annoying fault that when the revs go over 2000 the indicators cut out,
I have read the previous threads as regards indicator faults, so changed the
relay first, then checked voltage at battery which was fine at 14.5 but changed any way thinking it could be pulling to much charge and spiking system, then changed voltage rectifier fault still,happening,but unplugged voltage regulator just to see and indicators work fine,
Really don't no were to go with it now, stumped....

I'm going to guess at a poor connection, that vibration is causing to drop out a given engine speed, if it's just the indicators that are affected then a look at the wiring diagram should reveal where one needs to start the search.

Thanks for the info, will get a wiring diagram and check through, had bikes all my life and most things manage to sort myself, but this is a first for me...will post how I get on Thanks for your help.

hi mate, did you ever solve this? I am having a similar issue with a K3 1000
