Hi Paul, the postie arrived a few minutes ago with a bag for me to sign for. It had a piece of cardboard with brown parcel tape on the edges with my address clearly marked on in black biro and was originally the end off an air filter box and then someone had bagged it up in a Royal Mail polybag with a mint flavoured horse lick. I've explained to the driver that I was expecting a headlight unit and it looks like your package has come unstuck in transit and then the important bit with the address on has been chucked in a bag with whatever was closest to hand. I've had to refuse the delivery and the driver is going to report it as soon as he gets back to the depot as well. Can you get on to them as the sender and see whether you can track the parts down please. Sorry to be the bearer of less than good news.

Hi Paul, what's the situation with the missing parts? Have you got anything sorted with the Post Office? I've paid out £105 and I've been waiting over 2 months now for something to get resolved and I'd either like to know when I'll get a refund or the parts please?
