I'm Sam, 24 - I live in Plymouth (UK) and I ride an SV650S '09 (blue with white stripe), Fuel Slash CF slip on, plus a couple uninteresting extras!

Had a licence since 2007. Current goal is to convince the Mrs that she does want to spend our next holiday touring on two wheels! 👍

Hello and welcome, you will like it here because the people are friendly and there is some good advice available.

Get your Mrs on her own bike, it makes touring more fun when you have separate bikes and you can carry more stuff. My other half and I use Blue Tooth radio sets so I can still verbally chastise her for speeding even when I am on my own bike.

I lived in Plymouth for a while while doing my Teacher Training at Plymouth Uni and had a really interesting time there, but then I lived in the nice bits like North Prospect and Efford, where a damn good bike lock and an armed security guard are essential. I then worked in Lipson so at least got to spend my days somewhere really special. Happy days. :D
